About Us

Our Story of Hope

HelpLane Foundation was born from a simple belief: no survivor should face their journey alone. For over 15 years, we've been a beacon of hope for thousands seeking safety, healing, and a new beginning.

Our Mission

To provide comprehensive, trauma-informed support to survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, empowering them to heal, rebuild, and thrive through counseling, legal aid, safe housing, and economic empowerment programs.

Our Vision

A world where every survivor has access to the support they need, where violence is prevented through education and advocacy, and where all individuals can live free from fear and abuse.

How It All Began

In 2009, a group of survivors, advocates, and mental health professionals came together with a shared vision: to create a sanctuary where survivors could find not just safety, but genuine healing and hope.

What started as a small support group meeting in a community center has grown into a comprehensive organization serving thousands of individuals each year. Yet our core commitment remains unchanged—to meet every survivor with compassion, respect, and unwavering support.

Today, HelpLane Foundation offers a full spectrum of services, from crisis intervention and counseling to legal aid and economic empowerment. We've expanded our reach through partnerships with over 50 organizations, but we've never lost sight of what matters most: the individual journey of each person who walks through our doors.
